前台服務態度很好，給升級了湖景房。房間寬敞，光線很好，陽台就可以看到對面湖景。房間裏還放了周邊景點攻略，非常貼心，性價比超高！

床單破了個洞，洗澡的淋浴噴頭的軟管壞了，水都從旁邊流出來，蓮蓬頭水都出不來，體驗特別差，早餐的品類很少，是住過的同等價位裏最差的一次。除了周圍自然環境還不錯，其他毫無體驗可言。

1.前台辦理入住的感覺業務不太熟練，一直問姓什麼，名字叫什麼，説了名字也沒有下文，我説看訂房不是應該問下單手機號嗎，支支吾吾半天，原來是訂的房沒了，然後説給我們升級為親子房。
2. 房間裏有蟑螂，蜘蛛，衞生情況不太理想，浴缸衹有冷水，沒有熱水。
3. 那麼大個房間説中央空調壞了，衹能用壁掛空調，由於空間大製冷效果不佳。
4.早上八點半去餐廳已經沒什麼吃的了，基本空了，説是早上被旅遊團吃光了，吃光了就不增加了？
去窯湖小鎮玩的，周邊都是民宿，不太想住，找了這個酒店，設施裝修比較老，感覺不太適合年輕人住！沒有拍圖的慾望，以上都是實話實話！

酒店的佔地面積還蠻大，但平時缺少外圍環境維護，車輛停放也比較亂，對入住和服務沒有很高要求的，可以選擇！但是一旦入住了就電話打不通的狀態，衹有步行可以去前台才可以找到人！房間吧，是單機空調，一晚上的度數燈都給你亮着，夜間一直給空間照明，櫃機的主機就在陽台上，聲音還是蠻響的！對聲音不敏感的可以選擇

酒店外面風景不錯。房間設施簡單，免費礦泉水一天衹有2瓶，如果再要收費3元一瓶！早餐超級簡單，基本麼啥東西。第一天有團隊，煮麪的時候還有鹹菜和油麪筋塞肉（早上8點15分到餐廳，很多東西都已經麼了，水果也不加了？？）第二天沒有團隊去吃早餐，衹有光面了………超級無語😓我們也是花錢定的房間啊。貴酒店接待團隊遊較多，散客估計較少。離市中心40公里。單獨來估計衹有自駕了。
